How we wash
Every rug goes through the same unhurried process. Cold water, plant-based soap, hands instead of machines. That is the whole method, and it is what keeps rugs looking like themselves.

Inspect and dust
We check the fibres, construction and dyes, then remove the dry grit that settles deep in the foundation of every rug.

Cold-water hand wash
The rug is washed by hand in cold water with a mild plant-based soap, worked gently through the pile and rinsed clean.

Controlled flat drying
Rugs dry flat in moving air, never hung wet and never rushed with heat, so they keep their size and shape.
04
Grooming and final inspection
The pile is brushed and the fringe finished by hand, and the rug goes through one last inspection before it comes back to you.
